Don't Write The Ad When You're Too Excited

I know you've read books that say you have to be excited about the product you're writing about

And that's 100% true.

I'm not here to counter that but to tell you that overexcitement can kill your ad

How?
When you're too excited about a product, you end up entertaining yourself and fail to sell.

You end up selling the product to yourself and not the prospect.

When you're excited about a product and you want to write an ad for it,

Don't write yet. Go to the fridge,
Grab a cup of cold water or milk, sit on a soft couch for at least 30mins

And remind yourself that the goal is to SELL and not to entertain.

What you want is for the prospect to put their debit card details

And not to say: "Wow! Brillant ad. Okay! Bye"
When this happens you have failed.

Before you write, just take minute, breath and write.

Never let excitement kill your ad.

The ULTIMATE goal is to sell and not to entertain.

Peace ✌🏿
