@JoeBiden knows this as did @BarackObama who even knew details about each voter, predating Brad Parscale. I purchased my list in @GovernorWilder campaign. It was printed on the green computer paper with printer holes along the edges!Mom called each 1 & we ID’d our @vademocrats
Then we called our ID’d voters weekend before election day to remind voters. Calling very close to election day is important and literature drops on doorsteps the Sunday -Monday before election day. Have checklist of reminders. It’s all digital now so text messages election day.
The basic steps arestill the same and concepts and strategies same, but its all digital electronics & telecommunications now, but Know your Districts, your voters, where & who they are. Strategy & timing are key. Don’t be an absent Rep.Let them see you.
And show them you care about them, about their lives, understand their problems. @JoeBiden is a genius at this. He understands their struggles, concerns. In your District know their problems, their successes, their joys. Have a campaign that is joyful. We need joy.
