ORD 2019-012: SUP for 602 Libbie Avenue to be used as an office. Seems to be for a law office.

I wonder if anyone will come to oppose this in person. There are a few letters of opposition with standard concerns: property values decreasing, parking, traffic.

One letter of opposition is from the Westview Civic Association and another has a petition attached with 48 signatures of nearby residents. I assume the concerns were resolved since it was recommended to council with approval from the committee? Or are hella people showing up?
- ORD 2019-020: erect all-way stop signs at the intersection of West 43rd Street and Stonewall Avenue
- ORD 2019-031: SUP at 521 Cragie Ave to turn a garage into a dwelling

- ORD 2019-079: this amends a SUP for 537 N 2nd St which is now Eggleston Plaza. The original SUP had a handful of concession in zoning requirements plus a requirement for a non-commercial mural. THIS ordinance removes the mural requirement. I didn't really see a reason why.
- ORD 2019-080: a SUP for 326 E Broad St for this sick ass sign.

- ORD 2019-081: a SUP for 1809 and 1815 E Franklin Street to be used for purposes B5 zoning allows. Currently they are vacant warehouses.
- ORD 2019-082: SUP for 3138 Grayland Ave (now known as 3136 Grayland Ave and 3138 Grayland Ave to modify setback requirements on 3136.
- ORD 2019-083: Accept a marker valued at approximately $2,700 from Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated to be installed at Hull Street Library to commemorate the life of Dr. Dorothy Heights, a Richmond native and nationally recognized civil activist.
