Board Appointments and Reappointments include a people being appointed to the Sister City’s Commission, Advisory Task Force for the Economic Revitalization of South Richmond, and Human Rights Commission.

Regular agenda has been supes lame lately because everything ends up continued during informal. But let’s see what is on there right now.

NUMBER ONE.... the change to the residency requirement. Again.

This paper was introduced in March 2018 and amended in June. It keeps getting continued. Maybe we will see a vote on it tomorrow????

#2 there is an amended grand agreement between the city and 400 Hull Street LLC for a mixed use development in Manchester. Here’s some info from the proposal.

#3 is an amendment to city code that adds definitions for:
- affordable income household (AIH), extremely low income
- AIH, very low income
- AIH, low income
- workforce income household, middle income
- workforce income household, above median income

Now onto consent agenda which involves the exciting task of filtering through 15 pages of mostly continued papers.

There are 2 companion papers about the cop’s e-ticket system. One adds a new fee for the electronic summons system and the other increases the projected revenue from such a system to be used for upgrades.

Rename the Conrad Center as the Annie Giles Community Resource Center.

Close a portion of N. 40th St b/w Crestview & M St for the purpose of a horse cop Center.

Updating the list of polling places to reflect correct names/addresses for precincts 101 and 303.

303 is the newly named Barack Obama Elementary y’all!

SUP for 3008 Grayland Ave to be a Single Family Dwelling.

SUP for 4022 for perimeter fencing.

There are a handful of budget increases due to an influx of federal dollars different departments are receiving.

A request for the CAO to develop and implement performance budgeting for all departments, boards, commissions, and agencies.

There will be an amendment coming for this paper but it will be voted on the same evening.

Encourage support in Bells of Peace: A WW1 Remembrance with tolling bells at 11AM on 11/11 to commemorate WW1 ending.

A request to the CAO to include the Mayor’s Anti-Poverty Initiatives in goals of all departments.

Nominate George Braxton, Benjamin Campbell, and Eldridge Forest Coles as Richmond’s representatives on GRTC.

Update policy to reflect state policy on electronic participation in meetings.
