There's an estimated 40 million Fulanis spread across sahel & sub-saharan Africa - Guinea, Mali, Senegal, Guinea bissau, with only about 9% in Nigeria. So, which of the widely distributed Fulanis will takeover Nigeria, if Buhari's fulanization plan succeeds?

Interestingly, Nigeria isn't in the top 5 fulani dominated countries in Africa:

#4 Mali fulani population 17%

How come there aren't fulanization, islamization scare in the top 5 fulani countries? Guinea is 84% Muslims, 40% Fulanis & 8% Christians. World Council of Churches, & International Religious Freedom Report have been reporting relative peace between Muslims & Christians in Guinea.

It is convenient to grandstand from an over-evangelized Lagos, while dodging the riskier task of taking Gospel to northern Nigeria. Ministries peddling the fulanization conspiracies should present to the body of Christ, its soul-winning missionary accomplishments in the North.

During my sojourn in Yobe, you will only find the Catholic, Redeemed, ECWA & Deeper Life in the rural bowels of the Sahel savanna. The MVP churches only put up outpost in capital cities to harvest tithes from NYSC members from the south, posted to serve in the North. God is good!

Figuratively, Pentecostal denominations have killed Christianity more than Fulanis. These churches did the most to decimate NCCF, when it became apparent that 'Christian Corpers,' through 'Rural Rugged Evangelism' started making in-road to places said to be deadly in the North.

Its an open secret that Pastors reject postings to the north, with claims it isn't their calling. Where they make feeble effort to show up, they send Guinea pig missionaries without scanty resources, while renting auditorium with costly HVAC in Lagos, and gifting SUVs to....nvm.

All the cock and bull fulanization stories, which people who have traded-by-barter their acumen are made to distribute on WhatsApp, is a smokescreen to cover the fact that, 'it is Corpers, at times Muslims, who donate rice & beans and provide shelter for evangelism in the North.'

Flocks are asked to pray for God's protection, while Shepherds use armed police escorts. Its not a lie that kidnapping like other security issues are becoming widespread, but it is a lie to paint a picture there are more fulani criminals than criminals from other Nigerian tribes.

T'was never a problem when Osisikankwu birthed commercial kidnapping in the South-east, until now that the opportunity arose, where fulanis are involved. Osisikankwu had his own forces and commandeered a territory - Ugwuati Evil Forest in Abia before he was killed by JTF in 2010.

We hate to hear that churches have become disappointing, but its righteousness that exalts a nation, not church branding. Its better to cast aside shame and push ourselves to penance. The church shouldn't only be non-partisan, it should conduct itself to be seen as non-partisan.

Peddling irreconcilable conspiracy theories on WhatsApp isnt Acts of the Apostles. Our churches can't continue to ask members to sow monies for their children's school fees, then turnaround to ask their children not to resume at church school, without school fees. It is not well!
