What troubles you most about your president tonight? That he brought the country to the brink of an unnecessary war (again) or that he was credibly accused of rape (again)?
Or is it the dead and dying babies on the border? The attack on the rule of law in the United States? His contempt for the Constitution? His open, rampant corruption? The Nazis at his political rally? His latest lies? Or the crimes you know he will commit in the days ahead?
In any just society this man would be in jail. In any functioning democracy he would be removed from office. At the moment, and for as long as he remains in office, beyond the law, unchallenged by those whose duty it is to hold him accountable, we are neither of those things.
If you are an official and you aid him you are an accomplice. If you are in a position to attempt to bring him to justice and you don't you are derelict. If you are a voter and you still support him, you are betraying your neighbors, your children and yourself.
