A gang of rogue contractors led by Nnamdi Okyka in collaboration with Acting MD, Nelson Braimbraifa, and his board at the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, have fleeced the agency of over N750billion within the first three months of the new board.

Samuel Adjogbe, the Executive Director of Finance who is also the coordinating officer of the fraud in NDDC sells back dated contract papers for between $80,000 to $200,000. He boasted to have made so much money that he is willing to pay N10billion bribe to be confirmed MD.

Chris Amadi, Acting Director of Finance makes sure all the phony contracts are paid for. They all make returns to Rotimi Amaechi, who is The godfather of all appointees at the NDDC. Documents available to me shows contract inflations for mere repair of few meter roads.

Nnamdi Okykar, the rogue contractor serves as the conduit pipe that is used to funnel these illegally stolen money from the NDDC. He uses ESCOBAR NIGERIA LIMITED and DAIMOND N’ DSKY amongst others to loot the commission via padding of emergency road projects.

A sum of N800miion is currently being processed for the two companies for fictitious road repair work. An investigation into the accounts operated by the two companies would unravel huge amounts they cannot explain.

This is one of the emergency road repairs that the Criminal Nnamdi okykar padded with over 300million naira which was shared between him and Director UIDW, NDDC, Eyoh etteh and Abraham Udokwu. Asst Director PMS

Chidi Nwankwo, a Deputy Director, Finance and a major player in the looting spree of NDDC used his share of the N750billion and completed his mansion at the golf estate port harcourt.

Chidi Nwankwo also owns El-eldera Hotel around stadium road, a hotel that serves as official hotel for NDDC. All visitors to NDDC are required to lodge at the hotel. NDDC also uses the hotel for events and pay to Nwankwo; a violation of civil service rules!

While the looting goes smoothly, the Acting MD, Nelson Brambaifa, his sons, Christopher and David who both serves as Special Assistants to their dad, give covers. The trio have laundered billions.
