On a daytime coffee date, a man told me about how he cured himself of epilepsy by using The Secret™️. At the end of the date he asked where I lived & I said, half jokingly “don’t be a stalker.” He replied “When you say that you’re telling the universe you want a stalker.” 😳😳😳
I walked the opposite direction of my house to a well-lit public park where I called a friend and sat for a while until I was sure he wasn’t following me. He texted me every day for two weeks after.
This is all to say: worst dates for women often mean harassment & violence rather than funny stories. #partypooper #MeToo #feministkilljoy
