1. It looks like late Aug/Sept for the IG report. Great news. I was very worried it would be released in the middle of summer when no one was paying attention.

2. If this release time is correct, it's a good suggestion that AG Barr wants people to see/report on it. Releasing the report in the middle of summer is like releasing something late Friday afternoon. The timing also suggests that the report will be the first stepping stone.
3. I continue to think that IF we are going to see any indictments and people held responsible for the attempted coup it will be in the winter of 2019/spring of 2020 for maximum political effect. Just like Mueller did what he did for max. effect for midterms.
4. Off-election years are the time that Congresscritters and DC inhabitants vote for unpopular bills, pass unpopular policies & do the "things that must be done"; thinking that as election time comes around people will forget (doesn't happen anymore thanks to the internet but...
5....they still think we forget in off election years). If I'm correct,we can look back at the timeline of Mueller's actions to get a feel for when to expect Barr's/Dunham's for max. impact in 2020. Let's see....
6. The major "political" cases of Mueller's efforts.

Manafort....raid on home July 26th, 2017....Oct,2017 indictments handed down...July 31st, 2018 trail starts... Aug 21st verdict...

Cohen..office raid in apr, 2018.. arrested by SDNY in Aug, 2018..case not resolve before vote
7. Russian troll farm.....Feb,2018 indictment....no resolution...

Flynn case was different in many ways but it was left outstanding during midterms...
8. Mueller was appointed in May, 2017 and while he did a couple things during the summer of 2017(off year election year), he didn't start really pushing things until LATE summer/Fall 2017 and the main thrust continued up until the 2018 midterms... A constant steady drip.
9. This is what I see happening with AG Barr investigation. Dunham was appointed in May, 2019....just like Mueller in 2017....He is taking the summer getting his ducks in a row...just like Mueller did in 2017...I think, he will pick a couple high profile names..just like Mueller
10.....he will group the other lesser players together in some way to highlight them but not brig down the institutions. ...just like Mueller with the troll farms....those high profile cases will be dragged out over the spring and summer of 2020...just like Mueller...
11....most of these cases will have verdicts before the election, maybe one or two will be ongoing (in court since the DOJ policy doesn't allow it to impact elections🙄🙄 )during the election....just like Mueller.

I understand people are impatient because nothing is happening.
12. However, as the Mueller history shows there is a certain timeframe that DC lives by that may or may not align with the swift demand for justice from the heartland.
