Dem Politicians Want Their Base to Be Angry Until They Have:
❄️A Dem President
❄️100 Dem Senators
❄️435 Dem House Members
❄️9 Liberal SCOTUS Justices
❄️Free healthcare, college, food, housing, abortions
❄️No borders
❄️No Change in Climate
❄️Money For Nothin' Chicks For Free
In other words, Dem politicians aim to do nothing less than to make the lives of their supporters a living hell. Dem politicians effectively want their supporters (without saying so) to devote every single moment of their lives to put and keep their superiors in power.
Dem politicians' marching order to their base today is: "Thou shalt not be happy this Fourth of July because ... Trump!"

Remember folks, there are no 'fine people' in ANTIFA. Not a single one. None!
Only full-fledged terrorists, terrorists-in-training, and terrorist wannabes.
And if you're tempted to say, "But Trump said there were 'fine people' on both sides," even in jest, he didn't. As he clarified seconds later, all he was saying is that there were some non-ANTIFA people on one side and some non-neo-Nazis and non-white-supremacists on the other.
If you're ANTIFA, neo-Nazi or a white supremacist, you are evil. Let us not mince our words. Let us teach this to our children, and let us require every political leader to say it from every bully pulpit. Anyone with the least bit of reluctance to say this is not a fine person.

This is what Antifa (the paramilitary wing of the Democratic Party, for all practical purposes) does. @MrAndyNgo is an independent citizen reporter who often does an excellent job of covering what MSM neglects to.
@MrAndyNgo Mayor of Portland, @tedwheeler, needs to be held accountable for this.
The mayor of Portland has a lot to answer for.

1/ J. Thomas and Gorsuch, but not Alito, argue that Garza "moves the Court another step further from the original meaning of the Sixth Amendment." They concluded that there is no "guarantee of government-funded counsel" and no right to challenge ineffective assistance. #SCOTUS
2/ Thomas and Gorsuch stop short of calling for Gideon and Strickland to be overruled. Rather, they only say #SCOTUS should "proceed with far more caution" and "hesitate before further extending" those precedents. Like with libel, the states and feds to make policy determinations
3/ This approach reminds me of @RandyEBarnett model: "This far, but no farther," unless the extension of precedent can be justified by originalism. That is, #SCOTUS won't overrule old non-originalist precedents. Rather, the Justices will simply decline to extend them.

1. Here's the guy who can give @TheDemocrats 60 Senate seats in 2021 so Dems can pack #SCOTUS with 4 more justices. He's burning his own caucus for #TraitorTrump. And we'll never let voters forget. List of 2020 GOP class on @senatemajldr McConnell's #ShutdownDeathMarch.
2. Easy ones are @SenJoniErnst @SenCoryGardner @SenatorCollins @SenMcSallyAZ. Democrats in their states got more MidTerm votes so they're likely to loose their seats. But 2020 also has real challenges for GA, KS, NC, TX and even KY. But there's something else possibly looming.
3. IMO most 2016 @SenateGOP class took Russian money. Have you noticed one 2016 member @lisamurkowski isn't putting up with #TovarishTrump? Pretty sure she was not in GOP 2016 funding ecosystem. Other ones have issues and these in yellow were on the Moscow July 4 treason train.
