Mad @Kaepernick7 started his protest while Obama was President.... your point?
These people really think we worship Obama and Hillary. We would still be taking a knee regardless of who was President.
Obama also didn’t support marriage equality, was deporting massive amounts of our neighbors, kept up the wars, didn’t charge all the killer cops with federal crimes, etc. Obama doing something in the past we disagree with now is not a “gotcha”.

Kat and I both have pretty good jobs here at the same large non profit in Atlanta. Today was pay day but we were informed that our non profit has run out of money. We did not know this was coming. We basically have lost our jobs. On pay day. If you can help, $gregorymckelvey
It’s wild because even though we weren’t living in poverty by any means, because of how expensive housing is and us having a small child we lived paycheck to paycheck. Comfortably but with no savings. Now our lives are upside down from not getting this paycheck.
I don’t know what we are going to do. Luckily we have already paid rent for this month. But I have a kid I need to provide for. I will probably go back to contract work. Sucks I coulda just chose to be a lawyer but wanted to instead help the world with all my skills :/ #regret

Hate this type of player. It’s summer league and you’re out here tryna hurt people for nothing? Why is this dude still in the league?
He is clearly not interested in hitting the ball whatsoever. And we can all see it yet he wants to pretend that was a legitimate play as if we don’t have relay? If you’re gonna be a bad person on the court at least own it.
He’s been a dirty player since college and isn’t even good enough to be in the NBA Idk why he’s still there.

Any person who is promoting the laughable cement milkshakes claim, painting Andy Ngo as an innocent journalist, or in any way equating fascists to anti fascists will soon have blood on their hands. Here is a sample of threats we have received since Saturday.
There is more. These are the people who end up committing shootings. @PortlandPolice feels the need to alert the public to false cement milkshake claims but these threats against us are just business as usual
The mainstream media that is claiming Andy Ngo as their own and feeding into the rhetoric that leftists are all violent thugs when the right has committed all the political murders in the past year is feeding into the threats I have been receiving.

I don't know, I feel pretty powerless a lot of the time -- I can give money or show up at a march or argue with people on the Internet, but I'm one person, so what effect does any of that have?
There's this thread I started writing back in January -- I decided to write it out FIRST because it's kind of personal but then it became just like my essays, sitting in a document file forever, unfinished.

Most people fail to realize is that we’ve been living under many forms of “martial law” put in place by #Obama that are still damaging America and its citizens to this very day. For example:
The tech giants’ de-platforming of InfoWars, Natural News and other pro-Trump channels is an extremely dangerous form of digital martial law, where citizens who say certain things are not allowed to exist in the online ecosystem.

People really think that misogyny crossing the political spectrum is a defense of their pointed dislike or burning hatred of Hillary Clinton.
Some people really need to reckon with why they needed to destroy Hillary Clinton so much when the alternative was this.
And yes, I’m still salty about 2 years ago. I watched my country careen off a cliff that had multiple warning signs posted and now the gas tank has exploded.
