Shock, horror ..."The Labour’s membership may be passionate and left-wing, but in my experience they aren’t extreme" ... independent.co.uk/voices/jeremy-… ... there are some fairly insightful comments in this story.
My definition of extreme is the ability to sleep at night when you have contributed to 14 million people in poverty, 200k children homeless and 120,000 excess deaths from austerity. That's a scale of wickedness which won't be forgotten and is barely recognised today.
Oh, and have no doubt ... I count myself among those that should lose sleep. I voted LibDem in 2010. A moment which I will forever remember in shame.
