Is this tweet from Scheer accusing Justin Trudeau and those associated with the LPC of committing a crime and covering it up?

Sure looks like it to me.

Information from the Election Commissioner’s web site clearly states, making a false statement about the PM & close advisors, about crimes committed & the cover up (i.e. obstruction of justice) in regards to SNC, is an offence under the Elections Act

Here is where you can register a complaint. It requires your name, address and email or fax number.

Feel free to report this offence against the Elections Act.

Trudeau changed regulations.

It’s up to voters to report offences so the Election Commissioner can investigate.

They can’t investigate if they are unaware of the actual offence.

Use the tools our democracy provides to defend the 2019 election.

Accusing the PM and his close advisors of a crime and cover up is an offence. Not merely offensive.
