1. Report Mueller's chief of staff Aaron Zebley will be sworn in the intel committee hearing is consistent with my thought that Zebly has robust SCI clearance and may know things Mueller doesn't know because he was not read into the all compartments. Things like 702 intercepts.
2. The extra time they took to get Mueller in the chair may have been the time it took for Coats to complete work to allow him to disclose to the Intel committee. I'm 100% certain Trump was caught. But telling anyone outside of the very small world of the SCI is tricky business.
