Folks. I need help. My husband, as registered agent of The Bookstore, met with the manager of the Market about a month ago on my behalf. The manager said give me a proposal! This letter was hand delivered on June 30th & no one has bothered to respond to me.

I bought The Bookstore in good faith & was required to pay the Market a $2000 transfer fee. I attached my numbers for the 6 years I've been there. My rent has gone up over $400 a month since purchasing this store. I have no legal recourse nor can afford a lawyer if I did.

My bookstore is important. My only alternative is to find a new location which is very hard & will incur a considerable expense. I just don't have the money, folks. I am 63 & weary but I know #TheBookstore is worth saving.

Whether I am able to stay at the Market (which is becoming more & more unlikely) or attempt moving somewhere else I need to meet my $18,000 goal. Any realtors in my area? Any resources for me? Any ADVICE? PLEASE help me.

BTW. The owner of the market I am in owns 2 other markets. They're also pro Trump. That's why I don't understand why their vendors are nothing more than feudal serfs to them. ALL OF OUR EFFORTS goes into their pockets. I am at a complete loss.
