After a Vote of No Confidence there are fourteen days for an Emergency Government to demonstrate it commands the confidence of the House and pass a Vote of Confidence and avoid a General Election.
If the existing Government lost a vote of no confidence because it was going to deliver No Deal it's perfectly reasonable to contemplate a new Emergency Government might form, composed of the majority that defeated the previous Government, to stop No Deal.
The real difficulty is how, after the existing Government loses a Vote of No Confidence, an Emergency Government demonstrates that it has a majority.
Of course, if Johnson suspends Parliament, you can't have a Vote of No Confidence and so this option falls away. Which is a reason why, with your help, 70 odd MPs will sue Johnson on Monday to stop him suspending Parliament. Please contribute if you can. crowdjustice.com/case/dont-susp…
