Try setting up an industry in a place where the locals are hostile towards you.

Personal experience :
Not far in the past - Bal Thakarey & Lalu Yadav indulged in verbal spar over Marathis & Biharis.
My unit had nearly equal number of workers from both sides.
A local Marathi young worker, quarreled with a Bihari youngster.

Local village unit of Shiv Sena jumped in to encash the small incident. They demanded sacking of all Bihari workers. All of them. Nearly 100+. I refused.
The Marathi workers called a strike. The Bihari workers stayed in the housing provided by me at the factory premises itself

I personally arranged for temporary workers from a Chowk in Malegaon - known as - Tension Chowk (😂)

They escalated the dispute & Taluka Pramukh of Shiv Sena (Presently a Minister) came into picture.

Of course, I did not budge. I said - if I have to remove - then both the individuals who fought will have to go. I am not going to perpetrate injustice to Bihari workers for fear of personal harm or harm to commercial interests. I sought police protection.
2 police vans were stationed at the factory gate. Temporary workers from Tension Chowk kept the looms running. But one by one the Biharis started leaving. The hostility of locals was too much for them. Despite my support, they left.
Production suffered. Orders to Walmart couldn't be completed on time resulting in cancellations and stockpile.
It's really impossible to run an industry in hostile environment.
So ignore these industry-wallas !!
