To be honest, I am struggling to come up with the best caption for this thread and the reason is that
What I am about to share with you is so important that if you ignore it, you will lose. Big time.

But if you pay attention and apply this simple but crazily effective strategy, your business will soar.

Let's dive in.
I have had many people reach out to me in the DMS telling me how they are struggling with sales.

They seem to have really great products, but their advertising falls flat on its face.

If you are having the same problem, you need to pay attention here.
The knowledge I am about to share with you will put you ahead of your competition and ahead of 90% of other businesses.

While others will complain of failing, you will see sales.

I have never sold anything that people did not buy.

Why?

What I'm about to share with you.
If you have read my book,

you will have seen that I emphasize the importance of always carrying out market research before ever trying to sell anything.

As a business person, you are a student of markets.
There are many things you can study about a market before selling to it.

But one particular aspect you should take seriously is the level of sophistication of the market.

While reading @ronaldnzimora's book, Triangle of Profits, he clearly explains the different levels of market sophistication.

This idea was first expanded by Eugene Schwartz, a master copywriter and marketer.

What then is market sophistication, and why is it important to you?
Market sophistication is simply the level of awareness of the market you intend to sell to.

And, according to Eugene, there are 5 of them.

If you use a strategy level 1 to sell to a market at level 2, or 3, your business will fail. QED!
At the first level is where you simply make a promise and the market buys, primarily because the product is new.

Competition is low.

But as more people begin to sell, a simple promise is no longer enough.

For instance, someone once wrote an ebook and titled it
"How to get Canadian Visa"

He never sold anything.

When he came to me I told him it would never sell.

Why?

The market is way above that level.

A simple Google search will tell you everything you need to know.

No serious person will pull out their card and pay for such claim
That claim needs to be expanded and with a unique mechanism too.

Another good place where you see this is in the ecommerce niche.

Everyone seems to be a mini importation guru these days, and seem to be selling courses on it.
The market now has a high level of awareness.

If you must sell a course on mini importation, you actually have to sell with a level 4 or even 5 strategy.

Why?

Every Tom, Dick and Harry is selling a training or course on mini importation, and people are now cautious.
You need to study for market to know what level of awareness they have.

A market that has a low level of awareness today is the crypto market.

Many people are not enlightened on it and not too many persons are selling heavily there.
The market is somewhere around the second and third level where you just need an expanded claim or promise and a unique mechanism to sell.

Before you sell anything, research to find out the level or sophistication/awareness of the market
And match the awareness with the appropriate strategy.

I guess you are already wondering how to actually find out the level of awareness in a market.

I'll leave that to another thread.

But for now, never sell another product until you are clear the level of awareness.
Then match your ads and copies to that level.
