HOW TO USE THE STUCK-ON EFFECT TO GROW A SUPERSTAR BUSINESS, BADASS CONSULTING AGENCY OR EXPLODE YOUR SALES

Okay the headline is long, and so will this thread.

I'll show you how the church has used the STUCK-ON EFFECT to become successful and gow you can apply this too
Note: this is not a religious post. It is a business post and is loaded with value.

The goal of your business is to turn cold prospects to paying customers, and paying customers to loyal fans.

People who believe so much in you and what you do that they can defend you anytime/
/anyday.

People who will be ready to defend you and your business.

The first thing you need to do is to settle it in your mind that YOU ARE A BUSINESS.

I can't emphasize this enough.

Even if you are a freelancer and do not have any registered business name, see yourself as a business, and not just someone hustling to make money.
This little shift in mindset will help ensure that your income is on the rise.

How?

Your value will keep increasing.

You will look out for bigger Jobs and be confident to charge higher fees.

So, first, be sure to see yourself as a business.
Jay Z said: "I'm not a businessman, I'm a business, man!"

Once you settle this, the next thing is:

3. YOU NEED TO PROSPECT/ADVERTISE
I get it. Many of us are not comfortable with reaching out to businesses to pitch our services
Of course you can use content to attract clients to yourself. But if you want to grow your business, you need to prospect.

For sales, you need to put out quality offers that will tickle customers to pull out their wallets.

Ever notice how the church does Evagenlism?
Of course, evangelism is aimed at helping people know God personally. But these people are also invited to become church members.

The more people are reached, the more the church grows.

So you need to Prospect

More sales means more customers, means more prospecting/advertising
4. YOU NEED FOLLOW UP.

Church people get this right. When you reach out to clients, you need to follow them up too.
This is why retargeting works with Facebook ad.

Sometimes, clients need more than one Communication with you before they decide.

So you need to follow up.
For all this to be successful, you need two things:

1. DEVELOP A STRUCTURE.

Let's go back to our church example. Notice how there are several departments in the church, with different hierarchy. From the choir to the Ushering department?
When someone is won, they are trained and asked to join a department.

This person who was once a stranger is now integrated into the the structure and contributes their quota.

They are made to realise their gifts and are shown how being a member of a unit will help them
1. Hone this gift

2. Use this gift to serve a bigger Purpose (the church and ultimately God)

Now you may be wondering how this relates to your business?

It is simple:

Try to first understand your client needs, then setup your offer (structure) in ways that shows the client
That you can solve their problems.

For instance:

If a client seeks to get more leads, your structure is a special mix of Facebook ad creation skill with badass Copywriting. Sounds simplistic, but don't just see it as a hustle.
See it as a structural part of your business.
Now, this structure of yours will help your client:

Effectively reach out to people that need their services.

Structure helps you CLEARLY identify the different things you can do for your clients and customers.

Once you have this clearly defined, the last thing you need is
2. Develop a system.

A system is what makes your work really effective. And the good thing about it is that it can be duplicated.

For instance, if you have a desire script, that is a system.

I have a script for handling objections.

So when I reach out to a client
Or customer I pick up the script

Once they throw any of the objections at me, I simply read out my script to them and the result is always the same always.

Let me give you an example:

Usually when you show an opportunity to a client, I guess the question you ask them is
"what do you think?"

But you see, this is a wrong question.

Here's what I ask, and how I do it:

"So Sam, after going through the presentation, WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?"

You see, when you ask them what do you think, because they still have doubts, they'll/
respond negatively.

But my question of what they like will make them search deep and give me a positive answer.

This is a system. You can create scripts for yours as well.

With this, the client is actually making the decision ON THEIR OWN.

You simply guide them through
All this will help you garner customers who respect and follow you and believe in you.

This is how you get them to STICK to you.

This is how to create THE STUCK-ON EFFECT.

They get stuck on you because they are in a system that takes care of them.
This is the reason my students get results from what I teach them.

This is why they love me again and again and speak good of me.

Not because I am perfect. But because I create the STUCK-ON EFFECT and teach them to do so too
