WHY BE AN ANGEL (RATHER THAN A WIZARD) WHEN YOUR BUSINESS WANTS YOU TO BE A MIX OF BOTH?

This title seems cliché, but the message in this thread can be the difference between a business that succeeds or fails.

This thread will show you little things that matter to your business
On your shoulders right now is an angel on one side and a wizard on the other side, and if you don't listen to them both, you will hurt your business

The Angel is the one who wants to analyse and test and test and be cocksure before taking any action.

The Wizard is the one who/
/gets the concept and wants to rush into action immediately without checks.

What you want is to be somewhere in between.

Especially if you are building a brand and a name that will last for a long time.

So who do we differentiate between these two?

👇👇👇
1. Business is both peace and war!

Whilst you are trying to change the world with your business, you should realise that there is a competition around the corner trying to outwit you.

You see this so evident in the tech industry
On one shoulder, your Angel is encouraging you to try to make the world a better place with your arm of peace, on the other, your wizard is asking you to be at alert because there is competition, so you can't sleep.

Business is peace on one arm, and war on the other.
2. Business is not charity! Use your wizard.

I get it, when you are in business and seem to be making progress, people will automatically think you have the money in the world and will come to you for money.

You need to be wise.

Business money is business money
If course, there are situations where you need to go the extra mile to solve problems for people, but you must not be loose.

Yes, people will try to guilt trip you and if you are a weak minded person, you'll be drawn into self guilt.

But I can confirm to you that your/
/business doesn't care about your feelings.

If money is going out of your business, be sure money is coming back in.

3. Separate personal relationship from business, except your partner is involved in the business.

Your angel will usually want you to bring in a family member/
/even when they are not qualified. Even if they will wreck the business, buy your wizard will tell you a No-No.

You are not to allow sentiment.

If bringing in a girlfriend, wife, brother, sister or friend will ruin the business, low your wizard have his way.
Business doesn't know relation. It doesn't.

4. Marketing is a battle of ideas! Test them.

The word is constantly evolving. And the taste of the market is always changing. You need to know when to hold on to a strategy and when to let go.

It is easy to fall in love with your
/idea, romance with it and forget that the market has changed.

You must allow your wizard freedom to test new ideas.

The way people reacted to Facebook ads 4 years ago is not the way they do today.

You need to feel the pulse of the market and be bold to test out new ideas.
That is how you grow, that is how you improve. That is how you expand.

So as you run your business everyday, be sure to allow your Angela and Wizard express themselves and strike a balance.

I hope this made sense to you.
