As a VA state senator, Ken Cuccinelli, the now Acting Director of Citizenship and Immigration, pushed for legislation that would make speaking Spanish in the workplace (effectively) a fire-able offense. #kencuccinelli
As AG of VA, #Cuccinelli said that sexual orientation and gender could not be included in University non-discrimination policies.
He also tried to cover up a bare-breasted woman in the VA state seal--a seal designed by founding citizens Goerge Wythe, George Mason, and others, during the American Revolution of 1776.
Cuccinelli really hates oral or anal sex and tried to outlaw it. Also he has said on record that Planned Parenthood is 'dangerous'.
He also thinks that, in regards to climate change, "We have to have a certain understanding of our context to operate, but that doesn’t require expert witnesses." That is, we don't need actual scientists to make any legal decisions. nytimes.com/2011/02/23/sci…
And for everyone who has ever said "this is not normal," after the 2016 election. Yes, it is normal! Cuccinelli ran proudly on this platform back in 2013 in his run for VA governor.
The man who once questioned the citizenship of Barack Obama, was appointed, with legal authority and backing of the United States President, as the Acting Director of USCIS.
