One very interesting circled name in Epstein's book, is Michael Pezzulo. (Spelled Pezulo in the book) but "zz" has the 353 Brillo Way address, so it's this one.

This is not some wealthy guy that could afford a multi-million dollar home, so why is does he have this address listed as his with multiple arrows pointing to his name?

The 353 Brillo way house was sold by a Ellen Cunningham in 2016 for 15.5 mil. She and her husband built the house in 1992.

Back to Pezzulo though, why his address MIGHT be listed there is because his business is listed there. Very common name, so I couldn't find much on it, but seeing as it says maintenance, it seems he was a caretaker/maintenance man of sorts for the property.

Not sure if this pic is at the property or not, either way the main point is the comment: "looks like Mr. C's"

Who's that? Well, going by his feed it appears to be Nascar owner/NRA board member, Richard Childress, whom I believe he works/worked for. Says now he is "self employed" as of 2017 (last fb post) so not clear when he stopped working for him.

That winery which he mentions a few times is owned by Childress.

Doesn't really answer why he was circled or why the arrows pointed to his name, the 353 brillo address, and his pager number, but hopefully this further information on him will help.

While we're talking about Nascar, Sarah Kellen who was one of Epstein's most important associates, later married Nascar driver Brian Vickers :P
