In the UPA govt @madhukishwar’s NGO was served a notice by the MHA under FCRA for violation of foreign funding norms.

The file number was- 11/21022/58(0079)2003/FCRA-III

The MHA served her a 2nd FCRA notice on violation of foreign funding rules on 3rd Jun, 2014.

I’m more interested in knowing what happened to that notice and how Madhu Kishwar suddenly became a troll of BJP on Twitter.

That itself would answer a lot about Vikrit DNA.
