I’m going to bet your position relies on a very particular article of faith, specifically this one:

So what would your evidence be?

It can’t be empirical, since that would require experience of the entire course of nature. You don’t have that.

It’s not a logically necessary truth, so you can’t deduce it.

Induction? The future will resemble the past because in the past the future has resembled the past? No.

The Christian doctrine of the Fall is precise a doctrine that teaches that the WHOLE OF NATURE was RADICALLY AND FUNDAMENTALLY ALTERED—admittedly in a way we do not and cannot comprehend.

So if your move is to extrapolate backwards according to some uniformity of nature, you need to (1) establish how you know nature IS uniform, besides the faith James speaks of; and (2) establish this decisively so as to rule out any possibility of the Fall having occurred.
