You can't lock dudes (its mostly bros) who have already given up on life in with those who are still trying. You tying an anchor around the ankle of the ambitious children. More time is dictated towards chastising problem kids than supporting the good ones.

Really though, this is all about the money. Pookie getting kicked out of school, even if he deserved it, is bad for the district. Districts get paid by student population, if students are kicked out then they don't count. So fuck the good kids, we need that check.

Same thing with these "protections" for illegals in schools. They need the kids of illegals for Count Day (Money Day), they don't really give a damn about that kid. They won't sacrifice a payday, but they'll cry about how much they care about the children. It's all about money.

You'll never see a "POC" say anything or go against his bread and butter: Gov't funding.
NGOs, public education, Gov't projects, the POC wants them all because he's got the education to get paid off of it.
Everyone else just has to pay for it.
