Option 1: ask the EU for an extension and then have their election.
Sane but has the unfortunate by-product of any sane action of significantly boosting the Brexit Party's vote.
Has the plus side of showing true commitment to Brexit but the downside of risking arrest, blowing up our constitution and being no confidenced with Corbyn probably put in place to ask for the extension.
This would likely mean Corbyn became PM, secured the extension and then called an election.
It also might push LD votes in Tory/LD marginals back to Labour.
