Whoa! Nothing like throwing your "Alabama" NWS office under the bus. 
There is nothing wrong with this Tweet from NWS Birmingham issued on Sept 1 after the President's erroneous information.
Here was the 12z September 1, 2019 "spaghetti plot" ... Alabama was definitely outside of any threat cone.
Again, Trump misspells or mixes up names or people on Twitter all the time. After 1/2 hour, the old Tweet disappears and a new one appears. A week's worth of insanity could have been avoided had this happened -- same Tweet, minus Alabama.
