@Helios_Demiurge No. Phanes is, as you said, active at the level of intelligible intellect, the third intelligible triad. The intelligible-intellective order is the next hypostasis.
@Helios_Demiurge There is perhaps a more profound misunderstanding in your question, however; many Gods can be active on a given plane of being without being identified. Even if Phanes and Ouranos were active on the same plane, this would by no means identify them with one another.
@Helios_Demiurge It is a routine mistake to think that the Gods participate in the hypostases of being like beings do, where many beings participate one hypostasis (principle, form). But the Gods are *prior* to being; therefore one hypostasis participates in many Gods, exactly the reverse.
