It is hard to overstate the significance of this verdict. One of the highest courts in the UK has ruled that the Prime Minister misled the Queen, in order to make improper use of the Royal Prerogative. If the Supreme Court upholds this judgement, Boris Johnson must surely resign.
It's worth stressing that this is not about the Queen as an individual. The charge is that the Prime Minister used false information to gain access to the highest powers of the constitution, in order to shut down Parlt. If this verdict is upheld, his position is surely untenable.
As several people have pointed out: the chances of Johnson himself doing the honourable thing seem vanishingly slight. So if the ruling is upheld, Conservative MPs are going to have to decide how seriously they take their party's commitment to law and order & to the constitution.
