the original source of this story appears to be an article by Publius Tacitus at Sic Semper. turcopolier.typepad.com/sic_semper_tyr… This is a secondary source that I regard as reliable, but it would be nice to see actual document.
original document lawflog.com/wp-content/upl… h/t Adam Carter is MUCH weaker than Binney claimed. FOI request was very wide-ranging. The NSA documents are NOT necessarily Seth Rich-Wikileaks communications. They could be Seth Rich-Kelsey Mulka communications (or many others).
Clevenger's FOIA request was so broad that it is impossible to draw any conclusions from the existence of 15 documents within the terms of reference.

OIG stated that Comey memos were government property, rejecting false and implausible Comey claim that the memos were his personal property.

Question: did Comey's wrongful assertion of title amount to conversion of government property, a crime under 18 USC 641? If not, why not?
2/ 18 USC 641 law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18… states that "Whoever ... knowingly converts to his use ... any record, ... of the United States or of any department or agency thereof" has committed a crime.

Let's look at the legal definition of "conversion".

The title of this thread could be how the investigation into Trump started or it could be titled Mueller investigation, what a joke.

I didn’t mean it to but this thread ends up pointing out what a joke the entire Mueller Investigation is.
This Thread is about a lot more than Guccifer, so don’t let that stop you from reading it.

As strange as it seems, Guccifer seems to be directly related to answering the question of how the investigation into Trump got started.
