Because Trump's appointed an assload of young, conservative federal judges and because both his SCOTUS appointments were illegitimate, court packing is the answer.
Appointments are illegitimate because GWB and Trump didn't win a majority of the popular vote. Also because conservative jurists tend not to let Congress do whatever the heck it wants, like New Deal overreaches.
