Acting DNI McGuire, who has refused to turn the whistleblower complaint over to House Intel, which he appears to be required to do, will testify Thursday. Trump had interactions with leaders including Putin & KJU in the relevant time frame, but no word on who this involves.
Presidents have broad power to declassify information. We don't know what is involved & this is the first report the whistleblower complaint is about Trump. But if true, this raises deeply troubling behavior from an American president that his own party will have to address.
There are serious consequences for leaking this kind of information, which means someone in the intelligence community is worried enough by whatever allegedly happened to risk personal consequences.
