2/2 was the woman involved, who says she has no memory of it. More than a dozen potential witnesses weren’t contacted either. Time constraints are one thing, kneecapping an investigation into a life tenured SCOTUS Justice is unacceptable & should have been to him, as well.
Important to note: the witness says the woman may have been too inebriated at the time to recall the incident. This is precisely the type of thing trained investigators look at, using all available witnesses. So, again, the question is, who directed the FBI to stand down?
