It appears @POTUS Trump was committing treason with either Kim Jong-un or Vladimir Putin. Who do you think it was? Both?
@POTUS I think Carol Leonnig just outed the whistle-blower by saying it was someone who was at the White House and has returned to the IC element. And I don't agree that the president can declassify without following the legal process. I've looked and I can't find any support for that.
What she is saying is that he can burn our NOCs. That position means the IC will not survive Trump. Every member of the @SenateGOP keeping Trump in office should be considered to be an active enemy agent by the IC. @maddow @Lawrence @MittRomney

1. Director of @ODNIgov is making us less safe. His lack of moral fiber is a weakness that our enemies will exploit. The statute makes clear there is no recourse in the Courts. McGuire needs to produce the report or @HouseJudiciary should vote articles of impeachment for him
2. for 18 USC 1505 obstruction of Congress. And if there are any House Democrats who think being rolled constantly by a Kremlin controlled asset in the @WhiteHouse will help hold the majority I respectfully disagree. Impeach McGuire and Barr while you're at it.
3. Don't appoint the managers. Just leave it as a marker for their criminal trials in 2021 and a stain on their family name. Also we may be able to see Barr disbarred. @TheJusticeDept
