The whistleblower complaint from the US IC official was filed on Aug 12. White House records show that Trump had conversations with at least 5 foreign leaders in the preceding 5 weeks. Among them was a call with Putin on July 31.

Acting DNI McGuire, who has refused to turn the whistleblower complaint over to House Intel, which he appears to be required to do, will testify Thursday. Trump had interactions with leaders including Putin & KJU in the relevant time frame, but no word on who this involves.
