1. .@Lawrence just had Joel Brenner on who is a very experienced National Security attorney. Mr Brenner pointed out that I had made an earlier error. The lack of a basis for judicial review under the IC Whistleblower statute is indeed only limited to the IG not the Director.

1. Okay folks. It's time to get serious about @POTUS Trump. I think his taxes are coming soon in the 2nd Cir. and he's going to be indicted in NYC but I get why we need to get him to stop committing these crimes that are clear threats to national security. So here's my plan.
2. Don't allow incompetent members of the @HouseJudiciary to question anymore. Get competent aggressive trial attorneys to do all hearings. If there are competent trial lawyers on the committee then okay but they need to be better prepared. It's best to give it all to the pros.
3. I would explore changing the wording on the subpoena to include a statement that assertion of unlawful privileges to other obstruction may result in charges for obstruction of Congress under 18 USC 1505 that has a 5 year statute of limitations.

1. Here is the link to the TRO/Preliminary Injunction motion Trump filed today to try to stop the NYC grand jury from investigating him. I want to point out one thing that should give everyone who maybe needs to see a bit silver-lining in the clouds that hang over the Republic.
2. This is a page from the motion. It's one of the two grand jury subpoenas related to the "Investigation into the Business and Affairs of John Doe (2018-00403803).
That's a 2018 case number. This has been cooking for at least eight months. And likely Trump just learned of it.
3. He may be very close to being indicted. The hearing on this frivolous law suit is Sept 25 and if it's denied and not stayed by the district court the grand jury should have Trump's tax returns in a few day. He'll try to get stays but any court blocking this will be

1. It is generally being reported that the IC Whistleblower Protection Act protects the whistleblower. Yes and no. They are protected from personnel actions and loss of security classification but they may have no recourse if Kremlin asset is in control of the @WhiteHouse
2. and wants to destroy their life. And I'm sure Putin wants @POTUS Trump to make an example of anyone who threaten Putin's control of the @whitehouse. With an apparently corrupted director of @ODNIgov we are very close to losing Republic. #ThisIsNotADrill @FBIWFO @NSAGov @ODNI
3. The most urgent threat is the @SenateGOP. Every intelligence officer should consider every member of the GOP in the Senate as an existential threat to their lives and families. They should burn Kremlin assets, @LindseyGrahamSC @RandPaul and @senatemajldr without delay.

1. Today the Padmanabhaswamy Temple Petition was taken by Hon'ble Justices Shri U. U. Lalit and Shri D. Y. Chandrachud as Item 13 in Court 11 of the Supreme Court.
2. The Petition was listed for hearing on various Interim Applications as well as final arguments in the matter. The Amicus Curiae Shri Gopal Subramanium proposed to undertake a visit to the Temple to meet stakeholders and build consensus.
3. The Counsel for the Petitioners objected to this suggestion pointing out such an exercise would yield nothing and that the Petition must be taken up for final arguments.
