Of course, It's probably Vladik, but does anybody else wonder if "foreign leader" might be a broad generalization that could include a member of the ruling family who describes themselves as being in "intelligence" - like a Prince?

And Trump's gloaty boasts today that he'd know better than to do something like that while others are around him listening in?

I'd be really curious to see if there were any calls from unsecured lines to 'unofficial' leaders of foreign nations that might have been made before August 8 - calls that could have been under surveillance and brought to the attention of the Deputy DNI who was advised to resign.

And given the new revelation here that the complaint was based on a series of communications and/or actions, it kind of makes this scenario seem a bit more plausible.
