Men who are sexually aroused by being seen as woman are often the very same men who are before the courts for sexual offending while identifying as female. Self-ID makes no provision to screen out these men, they have to self-screen and, guess what? They don’t.

The figures do not include those trans prisoners who are not serving for sexual offences but are known sex offenders. Shockingly, the FOI would not reveal the birth sex of the offender but in English law rape can only be committed by men. We need more accurate data.
How in the face of this info can policy makers, lawyers & politicians advocate for self-ID? How can they live with themselves? Predatory men are being sent hurtling towards women & we are to be left with no legal means to resist this onslaught?! This is madness writ large.
