Well let's invest Oil&Gas funding/dodged taxes in renewables & in 0 carb techs (artificial leaves producing fuel that can be used in existing cars, graphene, alternatives to rare earths...)
Note to Tufton Street guy: They are not funding us, on the contrary they are helping their funders not to contribute to our societies - so actually they can f*** off.

The thing with these Tufton street guys is they only have one "argument" in the end:
If we were to get a more equal, united, fair and environmental-friendly society (bad for their funders!), this would be hell on Earth.
It's possible, and wld bypass the profit-makers in the current status quo.
So said funders have good reasons to fear a society where energy could be locally-produced, GM wldn't be needed &people wldn't struggle in poverty-then cld think.
