Lance Corporal Job Wallace “claimed to be hearing voices and indicated he wanted to get rid of child traffickers at the border,” per FBI. His car was recently spotted at a border patrol checkpoint.

Wallace appears to be a gun enthusiast, judging from his Instagram.
