We're in a Cold Civil War. And if those who started it don't stop and rethink their course it will heat up.

Take that from someone who said we'd end up here. Our social contract is very simple and our elites are making a horrible mistake.

The Cold Civil War started the night @HillaryClinton cowardly sent @johnpodesta to the microphone, despite facing a clear defeat. The loser's concession is their duty, to heal the national wounds and divide.

Donald Trump tried by reaching out to her & through his Inauguration.

@HillaryClinton @johnpodesta But in many respects, it's not the winner's job to do that and in fact cannot do that on their own. It is the loser's job to help reunite us, and @HillaryClinton was too small and unhinged to do so, which everyone knows.

She was apoplectic. She was too small to put nation first.

There were overwhelmingly favorable reactions but each time the Demediacratic Party set out to divide and sow hate those very same nights.

@HillaryClinton @johnpodesta I shake my head on the daily at Donald Trump's remarks, tweets, whatever. But it's been clear for YEARS the Demediacratic Party did not want the national wounds to heal, or the divide to close.

They hate us, and want us to hate each other.

Now, we're here. For THEIR benefit.

As someone who looks at public opinion for a living, I'm legitimately concerned. Legit. The intensity of resentment and downright hatred is scary.
