Shout out to all of the teachers spending their Sunday afternoons lesson planning. You all work harder than most people will ever know.
For most teachers Sunday afternoons are full of grading & lesson planning & more grading & more lesson planning. People rarely see or understand that reality.

I have so much appreciation & admiration for all the teachers who sacrifice part of their weekends for their students.
*whispers*

we should also create systems & structures within schools so that teachers have the time, resources, and support they need so they don’t have to use so much of their personal time to do these things in the first place
