I've heard a lot of "excuses" for sexual harassment in my day but this...
@ajcdeane @ayeshahazarika I said I'd stay away from the scandals around Boris Johnson, as I think it's best to let these investigations run without any political point-scoring, perceived or otherwise, but I couldn't ignore this comment. I mean just flipping wow.
That "excuse" covers EVERYTHING!! FFS!!
I'll just add this... There is a huge irony here:

In trying to create public uncertainty about whether Boris Johnson has a horrible attitude towards women, he created public certainty about his own attitude.

Any MP thinking of voting for the withdrawal agreement Boris Johnson (probably won't) bring back should never have been allowed to pass GCSE maths.

If a significant segment of the 52% who voted for Brexit opposes it... THEN THE MAJORITY OPPOSES IT. Are you democratically stupid!
Now you've realised that we're in this mess because none of you recognised early enough that it's mathematically impossible to please a 52% with wildly different expectations, maybe you'll pass the decision back to the people before the people come for your jobs with a vengeance.
Seriously, if Brexit actually happens and we end up in a relationship with the EU that has an approval rating lower than 48% (and given our track record for negotiations... what do you think!) I hope you all realise the lack of wisdom and moral conviction you've shown.

Fun Fact:
Boris Johnson himself is suggesting keeping Northern Ireland under the laws of the EU in the area of food. But the UK will no longer have a say over them.

That means Brexit is causing us to literally have LESS of a say over how bendy our bananas are in part of the UK.
How did we get into this mess?
Because we had a vote on our relationship with the EU where treated it a binary question. In reality there are a million different possible relationships. But only 3 or 4 give us a say over the laws of the WHOLE of the UK without undermining Peace.

1⃣ It can't be undemocratic to give more people a say
2⃣ Denying people a vote because of HOW they'll vote is INSANELY UNDEMOCRATIC!
The worst thing... He said this in front of a class of 16-18 year olds!
I was stood behind him when he said "because they'll all vote Remain", and the pupils all saw my reaction and laughed.
I basically threw my hands up in a shrug 🤷🏿‍♂️ as if to say:
Just try and tell me this girl who was 16 at the time shouldn't have had a right to vote. I've met hundreds of adults in their 50s who are less politically aware than @GottgensJess was back then.
