Identify the ofcrs w/whom she had these communications & take disciplinary action up to termination. Reveal civilian complaints lodged against her. Review her arrests and other incidents involving use of force. Work w prosecutors to vacate sentences & expunge where apropriate.
And this, at a minimum, should be standard protocol whenever an ofcr is found to have engaged in racist communications or acts.
