Magical thinking like this is very popular, but also very wrong. Changing a word doesn't solve the underlying issue. Belief that a lineage/group/race/people/ethnicity/kin/nation/etc. is superior to another based on inherited identity + language + etc is bigotry.
Saying that x as a lineage group is superior to y as a lineage group but some individuals of group y can outperform individuals of group x is *still* bigotry. Even a POS like Hitler had to admit the extraordinary ability of my favorite OSU alum: the "Buckeye Bullet" Jesse Owens
A separate question entirely is whether or not Islam has the spiritual and moral resources to envision human equality and to embrace egalitarian ideals. I'd say: of course it does.
