The tech giants are a conduit for fascism because they can be compelled to do stuff on behalf of the government that the government cannot do.

I read the ICA. It refers throughout to "The General Staff Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU)". BUT it changed its name in 2010 to GU (Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation). A detail, but a college student would be picked up on it.
More concerning is the fact that the 'Steele Dossier' that is attached to the Intelligence Community Assessment, and is meant to support it, does not ONCE refer to the Military Intelligence. documentcloud.org/documents/3259…
