Vernon Unsworth v. Elon Musk has been updated. plainsite.org/dockets/3cddrx… $TSLA
Document 76 is 201 pages.
Occasionally, billionaires do tell the truth.
Recall that after *everything* described in these documents, on August 8, 2019, Musk turned to a Latvian/Russian disinformation website frequented by a *different* ex-convict to formulate his conclusions on PlainSite's founder, @AaronGreenspan.
In light of these revelations, @ElonMusk needs to immediately answer questions about his, his LLCs', Tesla's and/or SpaceX's relationship with Redacted, Inc.
@elonmusk This summarizes Musk's whole strategy: while he boasts about not paying for advertising, that leaves an enormous void because in truth cars do *not* sell themselves. The void is then filled with "something, anything," even if that something is false, fraudulent and/or fabricated.
@elonmusk On Twitter, "something, anything" takes the form of fake accounts. In the news, it takes the form of phony outlets often spewing conjecture and lies (Electrek, CleanTechnica, etc.) In Thailand, it took the form of a criminal pretending to be an experienced fixer for the wealthy.
@elonmusk It seems very unlikely that Jared Birchall has only ever planted one story in the media, whether mainstream or social. From the fraudulent SolarCity merger to the fake roof tiles to Funding Secured to this, Elon Musk has a history of massive, *persistent* manipulation and fraud.
@elonmusk This is precisely why relentlessly positive anecdotes and factoids about $TSLA (and SpaceX)—such as those espoused by Massachusetts father-son pairs, German PR interns, and LA-based LSD-toting event planners—are so difficult to take at face value.
Even more documents have been posted: plainsite.org/dockets/3cddrx…
Finally. A smoking gun for $TSLA's social media advertising. This is how it works: paid employees and PR consultants planting false and/or unverified, misleading information through any means necessary.
Those worries appear to be justified.
Again, Elon Musk's companies never want you to know who is really behind their corporate propaganda. In this case, it was "Boring Company spokesman" Sam Teller.
$TSLA claims it doesn't pay for advertising. Who's paying them?
Nice to know that Elon's pop-star girlfriend is keeping an eye on the media for him.
