That's certainly the impression one gets from visiting her website at vivien.space. It's professionally done, and there's even a small portfolio of exclusively Elon Musk-related design work.
So far, there's nothing wrong. A sharp female designer in Düsseldorf is inspired by Elon Musk. Except that she's not just a "Student @ Peter Behrens School of Arts." She's also works in PR. First she worked for a company called Matrix, and now for COCUS.
One could argue that there's still nothing wrong. Working in PR is a good career—except that Vivien appears to have at least three Twitter accounts, two of which are devoted to promoting Tesla.

1. twitter.com/flcnhvy
2. twitter.com/justpaulinelol
3. twitter.com/_viivvi_
Notably, @justpaulinelol identifies itself with a robot emoji, suggesting it's a bot, or fake, which it appears to be, as similar photos show up for accounts 1 and 2. And for having learned video editing at WDR (major German TV network), there's no WDR work in her portfolio.
@justpaulinelol Then there's the matter of the vivien.space website as whole. The domain name was registered in January 2019, after Vivien was already working in PR for Matrix. (The domain registrar is once again Namecheap, which was behind the fake Bloomberg reporter's site.)
So we have a talented student, who works in PR but doesn't mention it on her website, selectively posting work about Elon Musk's interests, with a privacy-protected domain that magically just appeared, and two extra Twitter accounts that rave about one company. It's strange.
Oh, and she’s lucky enough to be among the chosen few who receives replies from Elon Musk to her posts.
This user in Leipzig states that Vivien and Pauline are different people, which may very well be. But questions about a PR firm intern posting only Musk-related work on a brand new site, despite her prior experience at a broadcaster, are reasonable.
