Can someone do a text comparison on 1 and 2?
The folks who are blocking me for *checks notes* making legal comments on the withdrawal agreement and related process will sure be disappointed when they find out that blocking me doesn't stop Brexit.

The non-binding political declaration on the future relationship always had reference to negotiation of employment, environmental, tax standards etc. Para 79 of the previous version has been revised to reflect the issues removed from the binding backstop -
