@GenFlynn's attorney @SidneyPowell1 is still working to wrestle documents from the FBI & DOJ to have them placed into the public record as part of her filing. They are under a protective order & she is working to include those as attachments to her motions. #ButNothingsHappening
Trying to file on public record the unredacted or slightly redacted 302's in the case. Including the ones from the interview on 1/24/17, a redacted set, & 302's from a redacted person that looks like Ohr but could be another short name.
One redacted matter seems to be holding up their response but they claimed yesterday that they will have the redaction or declassification of it done tomorrow. SO maybe we will see it tonight...

Well the @GenFlynn Motion to Compel exculpatory material was worth the wait.
We do have to separate what @SidneyPowell1 is alleging & the new evidence. Not everything a lawyer alleges in an argument is proven, it includes their theory of what it means.

Unfortunately, many of the key documents are still sealed, so we can't discern what is ironclad & what is inference based upon those documents.
Clearly spelled out is the strategy, not to have General Flynn withdraw is guilty plea as the judge has repeatedly asked him to do. But to use the guilty plea to get this information into the public light & force the judge to dismiss the charges!

@CavazosLiz The guilty plea is to one simple charge, paying $32k in invoices to Person A in their joint account. For services Person A did not perform.
@CavazosLiz The real interesting charges are not included as separate crimes but admitted in his guilty plea, which means he flipped.
Those include laundering money between some of his 52 PACs to illegally pay legal bills. He also admitted using PACs to move straw donor money to candidates!

How do you split the progressive supporters from the Swampy Democrats that lead their party?
Many believe the goal of Trump's presidency should be the arrest of Swamp Democrats. But how can you hope to convict them in this partisan environment when they control the media?
Fortunately this is something @POTUS understands clearly, that the way to put Swampy Democrats in prison is to convince the people they have duped for decades (their own base) into chanting "Lock Them Up!"
Nothing less will do, or work.
So how do you do that?
Reveal that while Democratic politicians propagandize their base about evil Republicans & crooked corporations, it is in fact many in the leadership of their own party that are running these schemes.

When I relayed to one woman what I had been experiencing at the hands of corrupt #FBI & #JTTF personnel ....
(2) she responded "I can tell you that the #FBI does not operate like that."

I responded to her that there were decent people working in the #FBI, and that someone like her would not be aware of extrajudicial operations due to compartmentalization and the illegality ....
(3) of such protocols. She took the report, but was not too receptive.

Since I am having another issue with the #FBI #JTTF looting me for nearly $100,000 from a bank (via a bogus "emergency letter" or "National Security Letter" gained by lying to a federal magistrate/judge) ....
